Bidding Board — drivers bid on your move

Fill in the same details as a quote. Drivers see only the postcode area and your photos — never your name, address or contact details until you accept a bid. Nothing is charged until your driver confirms. See the live Bidding Board →

Don't want to compare quotes? Post your job here and available drivers will bid on it. You choose the winner. As you fill in the form, VanManoo suggests a fair price for your move. See live posted jobs (public board) →

Photos of what you're moving (optional · up to 2)

Drivers bid more accurately when they can see the items. Every photo is checked by AI for safety before anyone sees it.

These photos will be PUBLIC — shown on the VanManoo main page and the Bidding Marketplace (UK & USA, web and apps) and visible to anyone: public visitors, drivers and other customers, until your listing closes.

GPS & EXIF metadata removed. Every photo is re-encoded on upload so hidden phone data (GPS location, time, device serial) is permanently stripped before it is stored or shown.
Faces, pets, plates & backgrounds blurred. Our AI finds faces, people, pets, vehicle number plates, house / door numbers, screens, paperwork and framed photos and blurs them; the background around your items is softened so only the items stay sharp.
30-day automatic deletion. Photos leave the public board the moment a bid is accepted or the listing expires, and are permanently deleted from our servers no later than 30 days after the job — automatically, every day.

Photo consent — public photos (one tick covers everything)I understand these photos will be shown PUBLICLY on the VanManoo main page and Bidding Marketplace (UK & USA) and can be seen by anyone — public visitors, drivers/movers and other customers. I confirm they are lawful under UK / US law and show only the items being moved (no ID or financial documents, adult content, weapons, drugs or hazardous materials); I consent to VanManoo analysing them with automated AI tools (safety check, face / plate / background blurring, GPS metadata removal) and showing them to independent drivers/movers and the public to produce quotes and bids; and I acknowledge they are transmitted over secure cloud servers, are automatically deleted within 30 days of the job, and that I have removed or obscured any private documents, personal photos or sensitive data from the background.Your tick, the time, your email/account and IP address are recorded as your consent.

Your target price · what you'd like to pay (optional £)

Leave blank to accept the suggested price. Or set what you're happy to pay — drivers will see this and can offer you their best price.

Extra notes

The suggested price is only a guide — drivers can bid at, above, or below it. Drivers will see both the suggested price and your target price and can send you their best offer.

This listing will be PUBLIC on VanManoo (required)I understand my move details (date, van, hours, suggested price / budget), the general area only (outward postcode — never my door number or address) and any photos I upload will be shown publicly on the VanManoo main page and Bidding Marketplace (UK & USA, website and apps) — visible to anyone: public visitors, drivers and other customers — so drivers can bid. My name, email, phone and exact address are never shown. Photos are protected automatically (GPS/EXIF data removed · faces, pets, plates & backgrounds blurred · deleted within 30 days of the job). The listing stays live for up to 14 days (or until I accept a bid), is then removed from the public page automatically, and my photos are permanently deleted within 30 days. My booking record and receipts stay in my account. Terms · Privacy
